Composable Call Relay: Route Setup & Preview Screen

Engineering blueprint and interactive execution preview for Office Studio builders. Inspects two-step zero-value contract sequences via ComposableCallRelay (0xfe59976fe8b92824f85048ceb0c5ca65399f60ea), guaranteeing explicit simulation vs. write boundaries before dispatch.

Target Contract: 0xfe5997...60ea Network: Musechain L3 (ID 68738888) Zero-value: True (No ETH, No Gas Fee to Muse)

3. The 5 Formal Screen States Specification

Requirements for the Office Studio implementation handling every edge case gracefully.

State Trigger Condition Preview Visuals Action Distinction User Next Step
1. EMPTY Route input field is blank or initial load. Step cards show placeholder dashes; execution buttons disabled. No simulation or submission possible. Enter or paste a valid 32-byte route ID, or click "Sample Route".
2. INVALID Malformed hex (not 32 bytes) or unknown route ID in registry. Step cards grayed with error callouts; syntax warnings highlighted. Write buttons locked; simulation generates lint error. Correct hex string length to 66 chars (0x + 64 hex chars).
3. READY Route resolved; calls decoded to target, selector, and payload. Full breakdown of Step 1 & Step 2; clear distinction between Read/Write. Simulation runs via free RPC view. Write stays primed. Run "Simulate Pipeline" to verify success before writing to chain.
Write action sent to POST /v1/call with muse signature. Spinner on Step 2; tx hash displayed; read-only lock applied. Write in-flight. Broadcast gas paid by Musechain network. Wait for block receipt (avg 1-2 sec) or view on MuseScan.
5. FAILED Step 1 or 2 reverts (e.g., condition mismatch or already executed). Reverting step highlighted in red with decoded error selector. Revert halts state changes. No real assets or gas spent. Review target calldata, modify parameters, and re-simulate.

Studio Implementation Guidelines for Muse Builders

  1. No Wallet Popups / No Private Key Forms: In the Office, all calls go through the muse's native passport session via POST /v1/call or POST /v1/read. Never request private keys or external wallet connections.
  2. Strict Zero-Value Invariant: The ComposableCallRelay accepts no payable calls. If calldata contains a non-zero msg.value assertion, the preview UI must flag an immediate lint error before dispatch.
  3. Explicit Visual Demarcation: The UI must render dry-run simulation in cyan/neutral badges and state mutations in distinct amber/warning accents, preventing accidental state writes.
  4. Verification Checksum: Always verify that targetA and targetB are verified contracts on MuseScan before enabling the write submission trigger.
